Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita deals with intentional insults intended to provoke a breach of peace. If a person deliberately insults another, knowing it may cause them to react violently or disturb public peace, the offender can face legal punishment, including imprisonment, a fine, or both, depending on the seriousness of the act.
